Have stayed her a number of times while visiting San Diego area. Pleased to see that maintenance is on-going. Some of the more desired sites have been converted to long-term leased sites. Seems that this is the direction a lot of the Thousand Trails facilities are going. Will stay her again when in the area.

Contrary to some other reviews we found this facility well maintained and pleasant. Rules are enforced which is good. We were there when a terrible storm came thru. Lots of limbs and pine needles caused a major clean-up for staff but things were cleaned up quickly. Close to CalPoly and SLO and Avila Beach. Would stay here again even if the sites are close together. Used our ROD membership for a "no cost" stay.

Stopped here because WIND was so bad as we departed Acton for a trip to Chowchilla this morning. Pulled off CA 14 at W. Avenue H near Lancaster and was told by a person looking for Good Sam attendees for a rally that this RV park is a great stay. Will probably stay here again tomorrow as winds will be to great to travel over to Gorman and I5. Very nice facility with full hook-ups and lots of spaces available. Would stay again.

Found this Thousand Trails facility well maintained. Improvements continue in this tough economy. Will stay here again when traveling to So Cal area.

I agree with the review of July 2009. Used our Thousand Trails membership for entry. Was so disappointed the I just sent off a letter to Equity LifeStyle Properties to let them know about my experience. This preserve could be a great asset to the Thousand Trails system if they spent a little money to do long overdue maintenance. Next time I visit Yosemite NP will probably stay at Bass Lake RV Resort (a ROD facility) near the South entrance of Yosemite.

Nice park near Hwy 97/La Pine OR. Close to lots of places to visit (Lava Bed National Monument, etc.). Sites are well spaced and lots of grassy areas. ROD members pay a $2.80/day fee but well worth the charge. Lots of views of surrounding mountains...Mt. Bachelor, etc. Wi-Fi a little weak but adequate. Would stay here again when in the area.

Very nice Thousand Trails Preserve. Stayed at the South area. North area has 50 amp service but was pretty full. Very well maintained. WiFi available at Laundry (South area) and Clubhouse (North area). Cable available at South area for a fee. Will stay here again when in the area.

Great park along I-5 near Yreka. Have stayed here before and will always stop here when passing through. Grounds are in excellent shape and management is very friendly. WiFi a little weak but adequate. Wind tends to come up in afternoon so need to keep an eye on the awning.

Very nice campground North of Lincoln City OR. WiFi service very weak...unable to get email and took a long time to contact a website. Park is well maintained. Stayed here using ROD membership so no cost. Would stay here again when in the area.

Probably the BEST rv park in Northern CA on I-5. Brand new and nothing is spared. Management is very helpful with escort to assigned site. WiFi is very good after you figure out the configuration. Will only be staying here a couple of night but would be a very nice place for a group gathering. Lots of clubhouse space and places to walk along the Sacramento River. Noise from I-5 is not to bad...we stayed at sie 114 at the rear of the park.

Very nice Thousand Trails Preserve. Well maintained. The only problem for some of the campers is that the septic system had a problem and everyone was unable to dump tanks. They did, however, have the "honey wagon service" available for a $15 fee. I understand that problem will be fixed soon. They have a park layout map that shows where satellite reception is available at selected sites. Will stay here again when in the area.

Very nice park near Highway 101. Well maintained and everyone is friendly. Lots to do nearby...Ferndale, C. Crane store in Fortuna, etc. Nice area to walk with the dog along the Ell River. Will stay her again.

This is a great preserve in the Thousand Trails system. I was lucky to get a 50Amp site (E1) with sewer and roof mounted satellite. Cell phone service great. South portion of this preserve is quite full this time of year, but lots of sites are available in the north section. There has been a water quality problem since Christmas time but seems they are getting close to fixing the problem. I will stay here again when near San Diego. This is a well maintained preserve.

Great park near Hwy 99 in Chowchilla. Very well maintained. Wi-Fi is very good. All sites are concrete with grass between sites which are well spaced. Golf if free if you stay. Will stay here again when traveling near Hwy 99.

This is a great preserve in the Thousand Tails system. It is very busy this time of year. All site are well kept. Maintenance is ongoing including upgrades to the Country Store and new fitness center. We will stay here again when traveling in Southern California area.

Stayed in Area N. Some sites without electrical service but, upon arrival, you are reminded to verify site has power before setting up. They have an ongoing problem with electrical service. Great AT&T cell phone service. Getting Wi-Fi from rig. Main Wi-Fi access is at the Adult Lodge and is great. Ongoing maintenance during this "un-busy" season. Will visit here again

We stayed at this Thousand Trails and used the "SuperHost" program. We had 21 rigs from our Carriage Travel Club Golden State Travelers Chapter and the AZ Roadrunner Chapter. Thousand Trails members stay at no charge; non-members pay $32 per night. Sites are a little tight, but everyone got in with their 5th wheel units. Management was great especially the assistant manager. We would stay here again.

Great park in Bakersfield. Good access from CA 99. Nice sites with patio concrete and lawn between sites. Would be nice if they had a picnic table at the sites. Had a very difficult time logging on to the free WiFi but finally made a connection. Would stay again when stopping in Bakersfield.

Nice park in Williams AZ close to the RR station that has excursions into the Grand Canyon. Near I-40 but not too much noise. Not too many rigs here now as Fall is upon us. Sites are gravel with grassy area between. Grass is mostly brown...must be a water shortage. Check-in person was very friendly. Wi-Fi signal not very strong. ATT cell phone service is great. Would probably stay here again if in the area.

Very nice KOA near Barstow CA off I-15. Sites are well spaced but a little dusty with all the desert sands. Great wifi and roof mounted satellite reception. AT & T cell phone great. Would stay here again when in the area.

A great KOA outside of Grants, NM and near I-40. The owners are very friendly and thorough with things at check-in. There is a nice fenced area for dogs to play. The facilities are spotless and very well kept. We would stay here again if in the area.

This is a nice place to stop if visiting Tucumcari NM. Most of the facilities in Tucumcari, along historic Route 66, are tired and in need of repair. This park is fairly large and away from highway noise. No toilets or showers or laundry. Wi-Fi is free and quite good. Owner was very friendly and escorted us to the appropriate site. Would probably stay here again if in the area.

Nice park when passing through the "panhandle" of Texas. On Historic Route 66 and close to the Town of Shamrock ~ the home town of Bill Mack (XM Satellite radio fame). Park is well maintained. Sites are very large. Owner is very friendly. Would stay here again if in the area.

Nice, well kept park near I-44, exit 224. Noise from freeway is not too bad. Check-in clerk was very friendly and directed me to a site as we were driving in. Came back to office to take care of the paperwork. Nothing spectacular here but would probably stay again if in the area. Wi-Fi service is free and has a good connection speed. Roof mounted satellite reception is very good.

This Thousand Trails Preserve has a lot of potential but they really need some maintenance regarding the electrical service. Many sites are marked "no electric service" due to damage to the buried electric lines from the ground squirrels. We have been coming here for three years and have yet to see any repairs. It is a very quiet area and not too crowded. All the park personal are very friendly and helpful. The only cell phone service is Verizon. Roof mounted satellite reception is great. In the fall there are lots of leaves from the very large sycamores. We will continue to come here but will also keep sending messages to Thousand Trails management about the need of maintenance.

Probably the BEST park on the eastern seaboard. Staff during check-in was very helpful and provided so much information about the park and surrounding area. Great dog park - one acre with chipped tree limbs - also has an area to wash your dog. Sites ar well spaced and WiFi is excellent. Would stay her again if in the area.

This is a VERY TIRED NACO facility. Grounds (lawns and gravel roads) are maintained ,but clubhouse is a disaster. Everything needs some TLC to get it in shape. WiFi only available in clubhouse. Only nice thing was the washing machines and dryers. Thousand Trails needs to spend some money for maintenance. Would not stay here again.

Excellent park. Stopping here for three nights on our travels from Essex Junction VT to Maine area. Rate quoted is for Good Sam but also got $16.25 rate for two days Passport America. Sites are gravel with grass between. WiFi is Excellent ($1 per day). Washers and dryers are new, and handle big loads. Would stay her again if in the area.

Without a doubt, Hershey Thousand Trails is the finest preserve that we have visited in the system. Sites are well maintained and have plenty of space between. All facilities are in excellent condition. Would stay her again if in the area. Lots of places to visit in the area, especially the Hershey Chocolate factory and visitor center.

Stayed here while traveling to Essex Junction VT. Road to park is in a state of repair and quite rough in places. Site #4 was assigned but needed to relocate to site #3 for a more level possibility. No satellite reception but "air" reception was adequate. Mosquitoes were brutal ... lots of rain in August has brought them out. Staff very friendly. Stayed here with ROD membership but would probably pass up this park if near this area again.

Stopped here on our way from Clinton MO to Tulsa OK. Only a few sites are available as most of the other sites seem to be full-time or seasonal. Check-in person was friendly. Would probably look for something closer to I-44 if in this area again.

Very nice membership park near Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse & other national parks and monuments. WiFi a little weak at site 235. Rate for stay is RPI rate. Pets only allowed on south portion of park. Lots of walking trails. Sites are paved concrete and lots of grassy areas. Would stay again when passing thru Rapid City.

Nice park near the Mississippi River. WiFi access is charged at $5.50 +/- per day. Things get a little "rowdy" on the weekends. They need more trash disposal boxes as the one available near laundry filled up to overflow on weekend. Pull-thru site 313 had satellite reception from roof-mounted dish. Would stay her again if in the La Crosse area.

Stopped here for 3 nights as we travel from Lyman WY to Rapid City SD. Park has grassy sites with some picnic tables. WiFi is adequate. Thunderstorms created some muddy conditions as the sandy soils tend to create a little mess. Close to Fort Laramie National Historic Site and Scotts Bluff National Monument. Owners are very friendly and helpful with ideas for places to visit. Used our Passport America discount for daily rate. Would stay here again.

Nice park when traveling thru Nevada. WiFi a little weak at site #15. Park needs a little maintenance with plants and a few dead small trees. Train traffic near site is not a problem and cannot hear noise from adjacent I-80. Will stop here again.

Great LTR/Thousand Trails Preserve on the Oregon coast. Have site 113 which is probably the best site in the Preserve. Nice view of the ocean and plenty of room. Short walk to the beach (need to cross HWY 101). Good satellite reception from roof mounted dome and AT&T cell phone great. Weather is cloudy in morning but sunny in afternoon. Will visit here again.

Nice stop-over when traveling I-5. This is a new park. Sites are nice and level with concrete pads and grass/small tree between sites. Would be nice to have a picnic table at each site. Did not hear much noise from I-5 which is about 1/4 mile west of park. Sprinklers come on at night so be sure to pickup stuff on lawn area. Would stop here again.

This is a Thousand Trails ~ NACO Preserve near the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. Most sites are shaded and only section A & B have sewers available although there are a few sewer sites in other sections. We are in section B near the Activity Building and WiFi is available in our rig. Lots of things to do in the Florence area. Sites are maintained and roads are nice. Staff is very helpful. Lots of activities for families and children. Will stay here again.

This is a great RV park near Columbia State Historic Park. It is only 1/2 mile walking distance to State Park. Wi-Fi was not working when we visited, but the technician was to get things fixed June 2. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We camped with 16 other rigs that are members of the Golden State Travelers of the Carriage Travel Club.

This is probably the best RV park in Fort Bragg. A previous review mentioned a bad experience about a dog park near a smelly area and not being able to find the showers. I suspect this person was reviewing another park as we found the facilities outstanding. Sites are very well maintained and lots of room between. Most electrical/water/sewer pedestals are new. WiFi excellent. No AT&T cellular service at site we had. Would always stay at this park when visiting Fort Bragg.

Probably one of the best RV parks we have stayed in. All sites are very clean. Entire park is very well maintained. Fire rings (only two in park) are stocked with firewood. Only strange feature is the setup for concrete parking area. Most sites are "stacked" with pull-thru concept with rig in front needing to be departed before rig in back can be hooked up for departure. We camped with a club so departure time did not create a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice RV park. We stayed in the Stone Lagoon portion of the complex. Would not want to stay in the Redwood Trails area as it is completely covered with trees and very dark and damp. Stone Lagoon portion is out in the open and very nice. Elk roam throughout the facility. WiFi available at the "barn" and is user friendly. Would stay here again with our RPI membership.

This is the first RV park we have departed without staying for more than enough time to reserve a site, pay with a credit card and get a refund immediately. Sites were close together and appeared to be filled with full-time campers. Sites were cluttered and not attractive. Person in office was kind enough to contact another RV park in Fort Bragg to be sure that we had a site to stay four nights. Unless you need a site for a night and nothing else is available in Fort Bragg, I would suggest avoiding this "rv park".

This park is one of the finest membership parks we have visited. Our membership in ROD through Thousand Trails enabled our visit. Sites are very nice. we stayed in the A section with full hookups. Wi-Fi is a little weak but adequate. AT&T service is marginal but has reception now and then. This is the slow season so lots of sites were available. Grounds are very clean. We would stay here again.
